Project Description
The SUMI Vietnam project, located in Dong Van II Industrial Park, was implemented by Shindomei Vietnam to enhance energy efficiency and improve working conditions in the factory.
The project involved applying a high-performance heat-reflective coating on the roof and introducing energy-saving measures for the factory’s air-conditioning, lighting, and chiller systems.
Results
✅ Reduced roof surface temperature by 8–10°C
✅ Achieved 15–20% reduction in power consumption
✅ Extended roof lifespan and reduced maintenance costs
